17(1)The OHPA may appoint such employees (in addition to the executive members) as it considers appropriate on such terms and conditions as it may determine.U.K.
(2)Without prejudice to its other powers, the OHPA may pay, or make provision for the payment of—
(a)pensions, allowances and gratuities, or
(b)compensation for loss of employment or reduction of remuneration,
to or in respect of its employees.
