Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (c. 67)

55 In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 (bodies in England and Wales to which the Act applies)—

(a) omit paragraphs (bg) and (bh), and

(b) after paragraph (bh) insert—

“(bj) the Care Quality Commission;”.
