19E+W+SIn section 115 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (exclusion from benefits), in subsection (1) (benefits to which entitlement excluded), after “State Pension Credit Act 2002” insert “ or to income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (employment and support allowance) ”.
