444 (1) Amend section 721 (other definitions) as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) after the definition of “foreign employer” insert “ and ”, and

(b) omit the words after the definition of “non-cash voucher”.

(3) Omit subsection (2).
