45 E+W In section 144(2)(a)(i) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (exceptions from requirement of third-party insurance), after “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority,” insert “ an authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities) ”.
