Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (c. 53) E+W

51 E+W In section 3(2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (ineligible applicants for grants), after paragraph (j) (and before the “or” following that paragraph) insert—

“(ja) an authority established for an area in England by an order under section 207 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (joint waste authorities);”.
