146 (1) Section 31 of the Criminal Appeal (Northern Ireland) Act 1980 (right of appeal to House of Lords) is amended as follows. E+W+N.I.

(2) Omit subsection (1A).

(3) In subsection (3) omit “, subject to subsection (1A) above,”.
