14 (1) Section 27 (defendant convicted or committed) is amended as follows. E+W+N.I.

(2) In subsection (3)(a) omit “or the Director”.

(3) In subsection (5)(b) omit “or the Director (as the case may be)”.

(4) In subsection (7) omit “or the Director”.
