31 E+W+N.I. An offence under section 21(6) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974 (assaults etc. on officers of a borough council) consisting in the aiding or inciting of any person to assault, resist or obstruct an officer of a borough council duly exercising or performing any power or duty under section 21 of that Act.
