2 In section 1(2) (definitions)—

(a) before the definition of “employee” insert—

““base period” has the meaning assigned to it by section 11(2E) below;”;

(b) omit the word “and” at the end of the definition of “levy order”;

(c) after that definition, insert—

““levy period” has the meaning assigned to it by section 11(2A) below; and”.
