5 N.I. In Article 39(2) of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/435 (N.I.10)) (conditional fee agreements: supplementary), after sub-paragraph (g), insert—

“(h) Schedule 1 to the Forced Marriage (Civil Protection) Act 2007,”.
