(2)In section 63(2) (interpretation of Part 4: family proceedings), after paragraph (b), insert—
“(ba)Part 4A;”.
(3)In section 65 (rules, regulations and orders)—
(a)in subsection (3) after “5(8)” insert “ , 63N ”; and
(b)in subsection (4) after “5(8)” insert “ or 63N ”.
