Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007

3 (1) Schedule 5 to that Act (qualifying offences for purposes of Part 10) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) After paragraph 4 there is inserted—

“Corporate manslaughter U.K.

4A An offence under section 1 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.”

(3) After paragraph 33 there is inserted—

“Corporate manslaughter U.K.

33A An offence under section 1 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.”
