4 U.K. In Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (qualifying offences for purposes of Article 21), after paragraph 4 there is inserted—

“Corporate manslaughter U.K.

4A An offence under section 1 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.”
