35 E+W The Limitation Act 1980 is amended as follows

36 E+W In section 19 (time limit for actions to recover rent) for “or distress made” substitute “ and the power conferred by section 72(1) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 shall not be exercisable ”.

37 E+W In section 38 (interpretation) omit “rentcharges and” and “rent or”.
