Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (c. 43) E+W

57 (1) In section 125 (warrants) subsection (2) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) For “warrant of distress”, in the first place, substitute “ warrant of control ”.

(3) Omit the words from “This subsection” to the end.
