8U.K.In section 82 (removal to England and Wales of patients from Northern Ireland), in subsection (2), for the words from “where he is” to “the corresponding enactment” substitute “ where he is subject to a hospital order and a restriction order or a transfer direction and a restriction direction under any enactment in that Order, as if he were subject to a hospital order and a restriction order or a transfer direction and a restriction direction under the corresponding enactment ”.
