Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (c. 43)

89 In section 125D(3) of that Act (execution by person not in possession of warrant), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) a warrant under section 313, 314 or 317 of the Armed Forces Act 2006;”.
