236In Schedule 21 to that Act (determination of minimum term in relation to mandatory life sentence), at the end of paragraph 12 (but not as part of sub-paragraph (c)) insert “or of section 238(1)(b) or (c) or 239 of the Armed Forces Act 2006.”
