169In section 18(11) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (exceptions to section 17: meaning of “relevant judge”), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)in relation to proceedings before the Court Martial, the judge advocate for those proceedings; or”.
