84 In section 5(3) (orders under section 554 of the Education Act 1996)—

(a) for “Charity Commissioners” (in both places) substitute “Charity Commission”;

(b) for “the Commissioners” substitute “the Commission”; and

(c) for “them” substitute “it”.
