Application of Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (c. 53) E+W+S

8 E+W+S The regulations may make provision for the application of any or all of sections 1, 6, 11 and 12(1) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 to an offence for which provision is made by the regulations.
