65 (1) Section 40B of the Child Support Act 1991 (disqualification from driving: further provision) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (4), omit the words from “and” to the end.

(3) In subsection (9)—

(a) omit “and its counterpart”, and

(b) for “their” substitute “ its ”.
