14In section 43 of that Act (railway safety accreditation scheme), in subsection (9)—
(a)for paragraph (a) there is substituted—
“(a)the Association of Chief Police Officers;”;
(b)for paragraph (c) there is substituted—
“(c)the Association of Police Authorities;”.
