33In section 218A of that Act (anti-social behaviour: landlords' policies and procedures), for subsection (8) there is substituted—
“(8)Anti-social behaviour is—
(a)any housing-related anti-social conduct, or
(b)any conduct to which section 153B applies.
(8A)Housing-related anti-social conduct has the same meaning as in section 153A.”
