[F2 (1) There shall be a body corporate to be known as the [F1 Independent Safeguarding Authority] (“[F1 ISA]”).

(2) Schedule 1 makes provision relating to [F1 ISA].

(3) Schedule 2 (transfers to [F1 ISA]) has effect.]
