This Chapter sets out rules allowing private companies to keep information on the register kept by the registrar instead of entering it in their PSC register.

The register kept by the registrar (see section 1080) is referred to in this Chapter as “the central register”.

Nothing in this Chapter affects the duties imposed by Chapter 2.
