1056I1Requirement to identify persons authorised to accept service of documents
Regulations under section 1046 (overseas companies: duty to register particulars) must require an overseas company to register—
a
particulars identifying every person resident in the United Kingdom authorised to accept service of documents on behalf of the company, or
b
a statement that there is no such person.
