Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 (c. 60) E+W

7 E+W In section 1 of the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 (licensing of breeding establishments for dogs), in subsection (2), at the end of paragraph (f) insert “or—

(g) under section 34(2), (3) or (4) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006,”.
