10In sections 80, 211 and 217 of the National Health Service Act 2006, and sections 38, 159 and 165 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, the meaning of “land” is subject to paragraph 5(b) of Schedule 2 to the Interpretation Act 1978.
