64In section 19(3), for the words from “National Health Service Act 1977” to “Part 1 of that Act” substitute “National Health Service Act 2006, in a hospital vested in the Welsh Ministers for the purposes of their functions under the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, in any accommodation used under either of those Acts”.
