in the definition of “health care professional” for “section 28X(3)(a) of the National Health Service Act 1977 (c. 49) (referred to in this Act as “the 1977 Act”)” substitute “ section 91(2)(a) of the National Health Service Act 2006 (referred to in this Act as “the 2006 Act”) ”, and

in the definition of “illness” for “section 128(1) of the 1977 Act” substitute “ section 275 of the 2006 Act ”.
