19In section 3(2), for “paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to the National Health Service Act 2006 or paragraph 2 of Schedule 15 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006”.
