In section 17—

a

in subsection (1), for “section 38, 39, 41 or 42 of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ section 71, 72, 80 or 83 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006, or section 126 or 129 of the National Health Service Act 2006 ”, and

b

in subsection (3A), for “section 41A of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ section 127 of the National Health Service Act 2006 or section 81 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
