302 E+W The Government of Wales Act 2006 is amended as follows.

303 E+W In section 148(2)(g), for “National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.

304 E+W In Schedule 11, in paragraph 35(4), in Table 2, omit—

(a) the entries relating to the National Health Service Act 1977 (c. 49), and

(b) the entry relating to section 24(4) and (5) of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (c. 17).
