Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1958 (c. 33) E+W

18 E+W The Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1958 is amended as follows.

19 E+W In section 3(2), for “paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “ paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to the National Health Service Act 2006 or paragraph 2 of Schedule 15 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 ”.
