(2)In paragraph 2(1)(a) for “Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Schools in England” substitute “Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills”.
(3)In paragraph 13A omit sub-paragraph (4).
(4)In paragraph 14 omit sub-paragraph (1).
