23 In section 39(4) (reports of inspections under s. 38 etc.)—

(a) omit the words from “section 11(2)” to “Wales,”,

(b) for “that Act” substitute “the Education Act 2005”, and

(c) omit “section 11(2) or, as the case may be,”.
