15In section 91 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (report of dangers to navigation) in subsection (7), for the definitions of “wireless telegraphy licence” and “station for wireless telegraphy” substitute—
““wireless telegraphy licence” has the same meaning as in the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006, and “station for wireless telegraphy” has the same meaning as “wireless telegraphy station” in that Act.”
