84(1)Section 43 (consequential and transitional provision) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)for “ [F1Assembly] ” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”, and
(b)for “it thinks” substitute “ they think ”.
(3)After subsection (3) insert—
“(4)No order is to be made under subsection (1) unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing it has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the [F1Assembly] .”
