73(1)Section 16 (reports of investigations) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (2)(f)—
(a)for “Assembly First Secretary” substitute “First Minister for Wales”, and
(b)for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Assembly Government”.
(3)Omit subsection (9).
