Public Records Act 1958 (c. 51)

7 In the First Schedule to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of “public records”), in the following provisions, for “the Government of Wales Act 1998” substitute “the Government of Wales Act 2006”—

(a) paragraph 2(2)(e),

(b) paragraph 5,

(c) paragraph 6, and

(d) paragraph 7(1).
