(a) after the entry relating to a Northern Ireland department insert— “ The Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales and the Counsel General to the Welsh F1 ... Government ”, and

(b) for the entry relating to the National [F2 Assembly] for Wales substitute— “ The National [F2 Assembly] for Wales Commission ”.
