20U.K.In section 55(1)(c) of the Finance Act 1987 (exemption from stamp duty for the National Assembly for Wales), for “National Assembly for Wales” substitute “ Welsh Ministers, the First Minister for Wales, the Counsel General to the Welsh Assembly Government or the National Assembly for Wales Commission ”.
