891.In these Explanatory Notes, the terms set out in the left-hand column of the table below have the meanings attributed to them in the right-hand column of the table.

AGWthe Auditor General for Wales
Assemblythe National Assembly for Wales
Clerkthe Clerk of the Assembly as described in section 26 of the Act
First Ministeras described in sections 46 and 47 of the Act
GoWAGovernment of Wales Act 1998
Supreme Court

As established by section 23 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, once that section is brought into force by an order made by the Secretary of State under section 148 of that Act.

Until section 23 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 is brought into force, references to the Supreme Court shall be modified as set out in paragraphs 66 and 67 of Schedule 11.
