In the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 25) in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (certain disqualifying offices), at the appropriate places insert the following entries— “ Commissioner for Older People in Wales ”; “ Member of staff of the Commissioner for Older People in Wales ”.
