SCHEDULE 4 U.K. Joint Nature Conservation Committee

Interpretation U.K.

19 (1) In this Schedule “the appropriate authorities” means— U.K.

(a) the Secretary of State,

(b) the National Assembly for Wales,

(c) the Scottish Ministers, and

(d) the relevant Northern Ireland department.

(2) In this Schedule “financial year” means the period of 12 months ending with 31st March.
