Amend section 4 (conservation of areas of natural beauty) as follows.

In subsection (3)(a), for “English Nature” substitute “ Natural England ”.

In subsection (4), for “Countryside Commission” substitute “ Agency ”.

In subsection (5), for the words from “the Countryside Commission” to the end substitute “ the Agency must consult such bodies appearing to it to represent interests concerned as it considers appropriate. ”
