SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Information that may be recorded in Register

Personal information U.K.

1 U.K. The following may be recorded in an individual's entry in the Register—

(a) his full name;

(b) other names by which he is or has been known;

(c) his date of birth;

(d) his place of birth;

(e) his gender;

(f) the address of his principal place of residence in the United Kingdom;

(g) the address of every other place in the United Kingdom or elsewhere where he has a place of residence.
