1(1)Expressions used in the 1974 Act have the same meaning in this Schedule (apart from paragraphs 14 to 16 and 26) as they have in that Act.U.K.
(2)For the purposes of this Schedule an agreement becomes a completed agreement once—
(a)there is no sum payable under the agreement; and
(b)there is no sum which will or may become so payable.
